By accessing Lawix AI, creating an account, topping up your balance, activating a plan, submitting a document for audit or using any paid or free feature of the website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the website, create an account or purchase any service from Lawix AI.
Lawix AI provides digital tools for AI-assisted legal document generation, document structuring, document export, document review support and related digital workflow features.
Lawix AI is a legal technology platform. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, court representation, regulated legal services or attorney-client services.
Any documents, suggestions, analyses or outputs generated through the platform are provided for informational, drafting and workflow support purposes only. Users are responsible for reviewing all content before relying on it.
Certain features require a user account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity performed through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us immediately at [email protected].
Lawix AI uses a prepaid account balance model. Users may add funds to their Lawix AI account balance through secure online checkout and then use available funds to activate eligible plans, continue eligible access or purchase eligible digital services.
Balance top-ups may be offered as fixed amounts connected to plan prices or as a custom balance top-up. The minimum custom top-up amount may vary and is displayed on the payment page before purchase.
A balance top-up is a one-time payment initiated manually by the user. Lawix AI does not automatically charge a user's card for balance top-ups.
Account balance is intended only for purchasing Lawix AI digital services inside the platform. It is not a bank account, deposit account, electronic money account, investment product, financial instrument or transferable stored-value product.
Lawix AI offers paid digital access plans. Unless stated otherwise on the checkout or pricing page, an activated plan provides access for a 30-day access period.
A plan may include a defined number of questions, generations, document actions, saved documents, active chats or other digital usage limits as shown on the Pricing page or inside the user account.
Plans are activated using the user's account balance when the balance is sufficient. After activation, the corresponding plan amount is deducted from the user's account balance.
At the end of a 30-day access period, the plan may continue for the next 30-day access period only if the user's account balance contains sufficient funds for that plan. In that case, the plan price may be deducted from the account balance.
If the account balance is insufficient at the time a plan is due to continue, paid access pauses or stops until the user manually tops up the balance and activates or continues access again.
Lawix AI does not automatically charge the user's payment card for standard balance top-ups, standard plans or one-time services.
Any continuation of access is based on the available account balance inside Lawix AI, not on automatic recurring card billing.
Users are responsible for manually adding funds to their account balance if they want to maintain sufficient balance for future access periods or paid services.
Lawix AI may offer one-time paid digital services, including document audit or legal document review support. These services are purchased separately from standard access plans.
The Legal Audit service is charged per document at the price displayed on the website before the request is submitted. The currently displayed service price may be $150 per document, unless changed on the website.
To request a Legal Audit, the user must have sufficient account balance. When the request is submitted, the applicable service amount is deducted from the user's account balance.
Legal Audit is a digital review support service. It does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not constitute legal representation or formal legal advice.
Digital services can be purchased online through the Lawix AI checkout flow. We accept Visa and Mastercard through secure payment processing.
Lawix AI does not store full card numbers or sensitive card authentication details on its own servers. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers.
Prices are displayed on the website before purchase. Available plans, prices, usage limits and service descriptions may change from time to time.
Any applicable taxes, fees or currency conversion charges may depend on the user's location, card issuer or payment provider and may be shown during checkout where applicable.
Lawix AI provides digital services electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
Delivery is completed by crediting the user's account balance, activating or continuing the selected digital access plan, enabling the relevant online service inside the user account, or accepting a submitted document for the requested paid service.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Because Lawix AI provides digital services, refunds may be limited once account balance has been used, a plan has been activated or continued, digital access has started, a document has been generated or a Legal Audit request has been submitted.
Users should review the Refund Policy before making a purchase.
You agree not to use Lawix AI for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, misleading or unauthorised purposes.
You must not use the platform to create fraudulent documents, impersonate others, violate third-party rights, distribute harmful content, bypass security systems, interfere with the operation of the service or misuse AI-generated content.
Users may submit text, documents, prompts, files or other information to use Lawix AI services. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and process any content submitted through the platform.
You should not upload information that you are not authorised to use or disclose.
Subject to these Terms, users may use generated documents and outputs for their own lawful purposes. However, Lawix AI does not guarantee that any generated output is complete, accurate, legally sufficient or suitable for any specific jurisdiction, transaction, dispute or legal matter.
Users are responsible for checking, editing and validating any generated document before using it.
The Lawix AI website, brand, design, software, interface, systems, templates, databases and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to OTTIMASOFT LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, reproduce, scrape, modify, redistribute or commercially exploit the platform or its underlying technology without written permission.
We aim to keep Lawix AI available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability.
Service access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, technical issues, security reasons or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the service if a user violates these Terms, misuses the platform, attempts fraud, creates security risks, submits unlawful content, initiates abusive payment activity or uses the service in a way that may harm Lawix AI, other users or third parties.
Lawix AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that outputs will be accurate, complete, legally valid, suitable for a particular jurisdiction or free from errors.
The platform is an AI-assisted digital tool and should not be treated as a replacement for qualified legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OTTIMASOFT LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, loss of opportunity or claims arising from reliance on AI-generated content or use of digital services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of Lawix AI after changes are published means that you accept the updated Terms.
