Yes. If an active plan reaches the end of its 30-day access period and your Lawix AI account balance contains enough funds for the same plan, the plan may continue for the next 30-day access period by deducting the plan price from your account balance.

If your account balance is not sufficient when a plan is due to continue, paid access pauses or stops. You can manually top up your balance and activate or continue access again.

Account balance is prepaid credit inside your Lawix AI account. It can be used to activate eligible 30-day access plans, continue eligible access periods when enough balance is available, or purchase eligible digital services within the platform. It is not a bank account, deposit account, financial product or transferable stored-value product.

Yes. Where available, users can make a custom balance top-up. The minimum custom top-up amount and available payment options are displayed on the payment page before purchase.

A 30-day access plan is activated when your account balance is sufficient. After activation, the plan price is deducted from your balance and the selected access level becomes available for 30 days from activation.

At the end of a 30-day access period, the plan may continue for another 30-day period only if your account balance contains sufficient funds. If the balance is insufficient, paid access pauses or stops until you manually add funds.

Legal Audit is a one-time paid digital review support service for submitted documents. The service is charged per document at the price shown on the website before submission. The current displayed price may be $150 per document unless changed on the website.

Legal Audit is purchased separately from standard 30-day access plans. You need sufficient account balance to submit a Legal Audit request. When the request is submitted, the applicable amount is deducted from your balance.

Lawix AI delivers services electronically through the website and user dashboard. Delivery may include balance crediting, plan activation or continuation, document generation access, exported files, saved documents or acceptance of a submitted Legal Audit request. No physical goods are shipped.

Refund eligibility depends on the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Unused balance may be considered for refund in limited cases. Balance used for plan activation, plan continuation, generated documents and Legal Audit requests after work has started are generally non-refundable.

Lawix AI does not automatically charge your card. If you do not want a plan to continue from account balance, you should avoid keeping sufficient balance for that plan continuation or contact support before the next access period begins.

No. Full card numbers and sensitive card authentication data are handled by third-party payment providers and are not stored on Lawix AI servers.
