Lawix AI does not automatically charge users' payment cards for standard balance top-ups, standard plans or one-time paid services.
Users manually add funds to their Lawix AI account balance through secure online checkout. If sufficient balance is available, an active plan may continue for the next 30-day access period by deducting the plan price from the account balance.
If the account balance is insufficient when a plan is due to continue, paid access pauses or stops until the user manually adds funds and activates or continues access again.
Users may add funds to their Lawix AI account balance through secure online checkout. Balance may be added through fixed top-up options or through a custom balance top-up where available.
Account balance can be used inside Lawix AI to activate eligible 30-day plans, continue eligible access periods when sufficient balance is available, or purchase one-time digital services, including Legal Audit where available.
Account balance is intended only for use within Lawix AI and is not a bank account, financial product, deposit account, electronic money product or transferable stored-value product.
A refund may be considered for unused account balance if all of the following conditions apply:
Lawix AI plans provide digital access for a 30-day access period, unless stated otherwise on the website at the time of purchase or activation.
Once account balance has been used to activate a plan or continue a plan for another access period, the deducted amount is normally non-refundable because digital access has started or continued.
This applies even if the user does not use all included questions, generations, document actions, saved documents, active chats or other plan limits during the active access period.
A plan-related refund may be considered only where a verified technical failure prevents access to the purchased service and Lawix AI is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period after the user contacts support.
Legal Audit is a one-time digital service charged per document at the price displayed before the request is submitted.
Once a Legal Audit request has been submitted and the service process has started, the charge is normally non-refundable.
A refund may be considered only if the audit service has not started, no review work has been performed and no audit-related output or feedback has been delivered.

Standard Lawix AI card payments are not automatically recurring. Users do not need to cancel automatic card billing for standard plans because Lawix AI does not automatically charge payment cards for those plans.
If a user does not want a plan to continue from account balance, the user should avoid keeping sufficient balance for the plan continuation or contact support before the next access period begins.
If there is not enough balance available, paid access pauses or stops automatically.

We may first attempt to restore access, re-credit eligible balance, reactivate or continue the affected service, or provide another reasonable remedy. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be considered.

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method used for the manual top-up or purchase.
Processing times may depend on the payment provider, card issuer or bank and may take several business days after approval.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts connected to fraudulent activity, abusive refund behaviour, unauthorised chargebacks or violation of our Terms of Service.
