This End User License Agreement explains the limited rights granted to users when accessing Lawix AI software, interfaces, document tools and digital services.

By accessing or using Lawix AI, creating an account, topping up balance, activating a prepaid access plan, generating documents or using any paid or free feature, you agree to this End User License Agreement.
If you do not agree to this EULA, you must not access or use Lawix AI software, tools or digital services.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and our Terms of Service, OTTIMASOFT LTD grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to access and use Lawix AI through the website for lawful personal or internal business purposes.
This license allows you to use the platform interface, document generation tools, document review support features and related digital services only as made available through your Lawix AI account.
Access to certain Lawix AI features may require sufficient account balance or activation of a prepaid 30-day digital access plan.
Balance top-ups and plan activations are one-time user-initiated purchases. Standard Lawix AI plans do not renew automatically, and no automatic recurring billing is applied unless clearly stated at checkout before payment.
This EULA does not grant permanent access to paid features. Paid access depends on the plan, balance, usage limits and service availability shown on the website or inside the user account.
You may use Lawix AI to generate, structure, review, export and manage legal-related documents for lawful purposes, subject to the limits of your account, plan and applicable service rules.
You may use generated outputs for your own lawful personal or internal business purposes, provided that you review and validate such outputs before relying on them.
You must not:
Lawix AI, including its website, software, design, interface, workflows, databases, templates, brand elements, documentation, systems and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to OTTIMASOFT LTD.
This EULA does not transfer ownership of Lawix AI or any intellectual property rights to you. You receive only the limited right to use the platform as described in this EULA.
Users may submit prompts, text, documents, files and related information to use Lawix AI services. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and process such content.
Subject to these terms, users may use outputs generated through Lawix AI for their own lawful purposes. However, Lawix AI does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, legally valid or suitable for any specific jurisdiction or situation.
Lawix AI is a legal technology platform and not a law firm. Use of Lawix AI does not create an attorney-client relationship, solicitor-client relationship or any professional legal relationship.
AI-generated documents, suggestions, summaries, audits or review outputs are provided for informational, drafting and workflow support purposes only. Users should consult a qualified legal professional where legal advice is required.
OTTIMASOFT LTD may update, modify, improve, suspend, replace or discontinue parts of Lawix AI from time to time.
Updates may affect features, interfaces, plan limits, document tools, workflows or service availability. Continued use of Lawix AI after updates means that your use remains subject to this EULA and the current Terms of Service.
Lawix AI may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, security, infrastructure, analytics, email delivery, AI-related processing and other operational services.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and technical limitations. OTTIMASOFT LTD is not responsible for third-party service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
OTTIMASOFT LTD may suspend or terminate your license and access to Lawix AI if you violate this EULA, violate the Terms of Service, misuse the platform, attempt fraud, create security risks, abuse payment systems or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Upon termination, your right to access and use Lawix AI will stop immediately. Certain records may be retained as required for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention or business purposes.
Lawix AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. OTTIMASOFT LTD does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate or suitable for any particular legal, commercial or personal purpose.
AI-generated outputs may contain mistakes, omissions or unsuitable wording. Users remain responsible for reviewing all generated and reviewed documents before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OTTIMASOFT LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, loss of opportunity or claims arising from reliance on Lawix AI outputs.
Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
This EULA should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy & Cookie Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Data Processing Agreement where applicable.
If there is a conflict between this EULA and the Terms of Service regarding payments, refunds or account balance, the Terms of Service and Refund Policy will apply to those specific matters.
We may update this EULA from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page. Continued use of Lawix AI after changes are published means that you accept the updated EULA.
